I cannot even believe how horrible this place was ...

I cannot even believe how horrible this place was from the very beginning of my experience with them ~ from the intake nurse to the home aide to the horrendous social workers. NOBODY gave a damn AT ALL!!! It is pretty sad when hospice workers show no care, regard or compassion for you whatsoever, and that is exactly what I have experienced from the time my mother started receiving care until after she passed away (which was only about one month). I tried to go to their grief counseling and the social worker was cold, unfeeling and uncaring ~ not to mention that she FELL ASLEEP in our session over and over. How rude and unprofessional!!! I would highly recommend NOT using this place ~ I sure am sorry that I did!!!!!
