Where do I start? 2014 VW Passat left there the first time to repair a wheel, fix a scratch and look at noise coming from the side mirror. After leaving the car there for three days I returned and they hadn't even looked at the vehicle, didn't even move it. They claimed the service rep quit and they apologized profusely. I got a nail in a tire a week later and decided to return, have it repaired and give them another try. Came back a few days later after getting a call that my vehicle was ready and guess what? They never even looked at the vehicle, but they sure did charge the insurance company for the tire. Left in disgust as I had to return to work. I returned the third time a week later and after calls and complaints to management the service manager he assured me he would take care of it all and he would ensure the vehicle would be washed and he would fill up the gas tank because of what they had put me through. Days later i picked up the car, no wash, no gas, but at least they took care of the issues. I love my VW, but this is my local dealership and it is very hard to get any services done there.
