We sat at the chefs table right next to the kitchen, which was an awesome experience! I started with the Cesar salad. It had crispy bacon and a long homemade crouton to top it off. Though it was not your normal garlic based ceased it was fantastic. The bacon gave the salad a nice Smokey flavor. Of the main course I had the dry age ribeye which was truly amazing. Simply put the ribeye was cooked to perfection, still very warm, and beautifully presented. As a table we ordered all the sides. Though the were all very good the onion rings as well and the snap were hands down the top pick! For dessert we had the brownie which did not disappoint. Overall th evening was a 10 out of 10!
