I sent my phone off to Quick Mobile Fix to have my cracked screen repaired on my 1 month old Sony Experia Z3. A week later my phone came back in the post and the quality of the repair work was shocking. The screen wasn't actually attached to the phone at 2 corners meaning that you could actually see the innards of the phone through large gaps around the edge. The same was true for the backplate of the phone, it wasn't properly attached all the way round and didn't sit flush with the phone body. There was also a lot of messy, hardened excess glue all around the edge of the phone.

I got in touch with Quick Mobile Fix letting them know the problem, they said all phones undergo a quality check before being shipped out (how did this pass?!) but agreed to re-repair it free of charge. It came back a week later and this time the quality of the repair was much better, everything was properly attached and sat flush. Within 10 minutes of using my phone I noticed that there was now a large strip of the touch screen which would not respond to touch, making my phone almost unusable. I got back in touch with Quick Mobile Fix and they told me to send them my phone back, which I did.

And so finally I got my phone back from them for the third time, having had no use of my phone for over a month at this point. The screen was repaired, the touch screen worked, everything seemed fine. I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. Then I received a phone call and discovered that my phone microphone now doesn't work! Another problem which didn't exist until they opened my phone up to repair it.

I am absolutely appalled with the service offered by Quick Mobile Fix. Their customer service team was very understanding but the actual quality of the repairs is awful. They appear incapable of fixing one problem without causing another. I'm now going to have to find an alternative repair company and shell out even more money to fix a problem caused by the people I paid to "repair" my phone. It's a joke.

Avoid Quick Mobile Fix at all costs!

EDIT 18/02/2016

After getting in touch with Quick Mobile Fix about the latest issue I asked for a full refund which they were more than happy to offer, they also offered to take my phone back to repair the latest issue. I opted for the refund. The customer service team are very helpful, accommodating and understanding and are very quick to reply to queries. It's such a shame that the actual repairs aren't of the same quality.
