Mark Pastre was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service center in Texas that told me about the leaking tensioners scared me and also gave me a long list of other things my car needed. I didn't have time to get it fixed before I had to get on the road and I figured I'd call Toyota to check it out when I got to Colulmbus. I am so glad I got Mark on the phone when I called the dealership for service. He clearly explained the potential problems and various solutions depending on what the exact problem was over the phone. I got personal service from Mark when I arrived at the dealership, and a phone call from him when they determined the exact problem. The list of other potential service needed was short and reasonable--not at all like the service center in Texas. Mark got my total service done in less than 3 hours for under $400---which included several other items in addition to the leaking tensioner. Great experience with Mark and Germain Toyota!
