We booked an end of lease clean for a Friday, and they didn't show up. They called us after our appointment had already been missed to reschedule for Sunday night (we had to be out of the property Monday), but then they called us again at 6.30pm on Saturday night asking to reschedule to Monday. When we said it had to be Sunday because we need to vacate the property Monday, they said they aren't available anymore despite us having booked days earlier. We now have to spend our Sunday doing our own cleaning because no one else is available at this late notice.
