I just completed a refinance with Dustin and the HomeRate Mortgage team. Although there were a few hiccups(not the fault of HomeRate) I could not be more impressed with the ease of the process. The online paperwork was easy to review and sign and they made it very straight forward and simple throughout. I would definitely recommend HomeRate Mortgage because they make it so easy, Dustin listened to what I was looking to get out of a refinance and delivered and of course supporting local businesses is always a good thing!
