During a very hard time for my husband and I we hired them to help us out. When we first went in and met with T.E. she made everything sound so simple and was very nice and helped us out. But after we paid them and tried to contact her for questions she would not return our phone calls or emails. We had to call a few times a day and write numerous emails before we finally heard back. When we did she never actually answered our questions. We knew nothing about what was going on and just wanted some help understanding. We never got that. She didn't do things that we asked and when it was all over with said it was to late. She was very short in her emails and her phone calls when she finally did respond like we were wasting her time. Sure we got what we needed done but with the extra stress we received from how she treated us I would go with someone else in a heart beat!! I do not recommend them!! Well at least her!!
