I would suggest taking all the money that would go to:

1) The deposit which we didn't get back;
2) Repairs which we had to do because they didn't;
3) Weekly rent which was too much;
4) "Cleaning" fees which were a scam;

and spending it on a box on the side of the street. At least there you won't get headaches from talking to Michael.
