JMK BMW is the best BMW dealer in Central Jersey, hands down. I've gone to other BMW service centers, and have left furious. I always make my appointments ahead of time and JMK has always provided me with a loaner. Also, they always diagnose and fix the problem the first time around and keep me posted on what needs to be done to my car and explain it in lamens terms. Jacob is the best advisor! :)

I've only had one snafu with them, but they resolved the issue promptly and therefore still deserve their 5 stars! Thanks for continually providing an outstanding customer experience and keep up the good work!
