If I could give no stars I would. Front desk staff...

If I could give no stars I would. Front desk staff that claimed he was the manager was extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and rude. Refused to let me check into my room after it was PREPAID! Refused to accept my multiple forms of identification and had no solution at 8:30 at night and left me with no where to stay after a brutal exhausting 2 hour drive. This establishment discriminated against me. Luckily the nice people at the Liason accommodated me with no problem. I will no longer EVER book with this hotel or any of its subsidies if there are any! I will also not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice neighborhood as expected but also has the nasty attitude and common discriminatory ways of the so-called elite!
