I got a brand new Nissan Versa in February. The salesman Jaleel was nice and he went above and beyond to put me in a car due to me having issues with my credit. It is now June, the A/C was blowing hot air. I scheduled an appointment to get it checked out, I was told the compressor went not only that, they sent me back home in the heat, no A/C being fixed, I had to wait two days to bring it back! I asked could I have something for going home with no A/C, I was told no! Now it s covered under warranty, the service department has to do better. Horrible service! I suggest when going to shop for a car, check their service department out as well, or you will be stuck with a car that doesn t properly work and they will not go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle s maintenance is maintained
