To start: I had a great experience with sales (Harris) and had a seamless buying experience from them. They're the only reason I'm giving 1-star instead of Zero, but I'm sorely disappointed by the Service dept.
Yesterday I took my car to Castle Honda Service for a tire replacement, after about an hour of waiting I was told the tire would need to be replaced but they didn't have the tire. I was asked to leave the car overnight and told that the car would be ready by 11:30am today. I had work at 1pm today, so I left the car thinking I'd be able to pick it up and go to work. At 11:30am I called (after hearing nothing all day) and was told the tire hadn't arrived yet, and may not arrive until 5pm. If they were honest yesterday and told me this, I'd have come back tomorrow. But now, I had to take an Uber ($30 round trip) to/from work, and when picking up the car, service refused to give me any discount to make up for this fact, when I could have easily taken my car to work and returned another day. I hate to say it but I will no longer be getting any service done by this location.
Edit: Lmao! They didn't even have the courtesy to put my spare tire back into its spot! They just threw it into the trunk for me to take care of.
