The Human Solution ROCKS! I ordered a mouse (for carpan tunnel issues) from them. The first mouse was defective. The happily replaced it. The replacement mouse was defective. The worked with me and replaced it (again) for a very good working mouse that is saving my hand! The Human Solution is professional, couteous, very responsive and kind.
