Last year we booked a nice trip through the USA and Canada at Tioga. In this phase we were already very pleased with the positivity, flexibility and professionalism of the Tioga employees. Despite the fact that we kept adjusting the trip, the response was friendly and super fast every time. Our disappointment was great when our journey could not go ahead due to COVID-19. Tioga has kept us well informed throughout the entire period, did not allow us to pay the remaining payment anyway and properly issued a voucher for the amount already paid. Today we learned that they were able to refund us the voucher amount, which we are just super happy with in these times. It is so refreshing to see that we never had to take the initiative for an update. Tioga has regularly updated us on the situation and has treated us openly, fairly and correctly. Other companies can really learn from this. The trip to America, although postponed, is certainly not over. If we are ready, we will 100% sure use Tioga Tours to book it.
