This place is the worst. The worst service to residents I've experienced in my entire life. It is a new building and yet it is full of unfinished details and defects. They promote it as a luxury building, but not even jokingly Melody qualifies. Every time we approach consergeria to make a settlement request they give us empty answers. Installation managers have no interest in helping most of the time and don't care about the building (clearly a sign of job dissatisfaction). They do not answer the telephone and much less the correspondence by email. If we raise the request to the main branch it is like nothing. We are just waiting for our contract with these infamous to end to go to another place where the resident is treated with the respect he deserves, especially when we are talking about a rent of $ 2000, then see if our two month deposit is returned because My neighbor stole her money with I don't know how many excuses. It is unfortunate that there are places like that and that my boyfriend and I have made such a terrible selection.
