extremely rude and unfriendly settlement for peopl...

extremely rude and unfriendly settlement for people who has been evacuated from the fire accident last month. My family and I has to wait in the rain for 5 hours without anything help. The solution they give me is that they ask me to arrange a hotel for my own cost. Whada HELL!
