We went to Salty's for lunch as we heard it was a great place for fish and chips. Sadly, it was not that. Although the fish was very crispy and the tarter sauce homemade, the coleslaw and French fries were not. Or if they were, they were done poorly. The fish tacos were lacking in sauce and so stuffed with micro greens that you hardly tasted the fish. But the worst thing about Salty s was it was dirty. The outside tables were made of slat boards and were not cleaned at all-the gaps between boards was almost full of old food. Once I saw that, I couldn t see anything else and was nervous to eat lunch in case any of my food touched the table. If you re going to use tables like that, cover them.
I ll give the restaurant another try because the staff was nice and fish good but Salty s, there are too many good restaurants around to settle for average food on a dirty table
