I think your customer policy is not to meet your policyholders! Which is far from being polite on your part.
I have no news about my email and therefore still no refund .... On 79 (two vaccines) paid I received only 25 !
As your email tells me I have the right to two vaccines a year so I expect the rest of the refund you owe me.
