This place is disgusting! Used floss on the bathroom floor, foundation on my 'clean' towels, food in the microwave and used cough drop wrappers in between my bedsheets! The shower wouldn't even drain, it was as if I was trying to fill the bathtub. When I spoke with the manager not only did he interrupt me but he felt no need to come look at my room, simply sent a maid. He told me he would make sure I was refunded yet a week later I call about it and no one has any idea what I'm talking about. I'm beyond disgusted and the way this manager acted tells me they have zero interest in doing anything different at The Red Lion. Three star hotel my a@#.
