Hotel staff was overly friendly and helpful. Their customer service made me feel warm and welcome. The room was nice and well furnished. Spacious room with several amenities. It was difficult to get to room to remain at a comfortable temperature and I was informed that the entire building is on the same system so I had to open the window in order to cool the room off. Opening the window led to increased amount of traffic noise in my room so unfortunately I did not sleep well. The happy hour specials at the bar were good and the drinks were made tasty and strong.
