From check in with Matt who answered all my questions over several days, to Allen my hiking guide who seemed to know everything about the Allegany mountains, to Dusty who retrieved my i.d. and credit card that were lost, and finally my room attendant Carina who left many surprises, the management and doorman, banquet team, restaurants, were all amazing. The building and grounds were beautiful. I had an amazing stay for my week long conference.
