After many years of contemplating, reading reviews, research and in home meetings with many in-ground and above ground pool companies we both felt Gibraltar Pools would be a good fit for our needs and budget here in New England. Based on our experience so far it has been a very good one, both my wife and I met with the owner Peter on Saturday evening "7/23", he was very professional and courteous, he spent a lot time going over the pool with us and addressing all our concerns and questions. For those looking into getting an above ground pool, the Gibraltar pools are expensive, they are not your typical above ground pool and cost so be prepared when you start talking $, but I've always said you get what you pay for and quality isn't cheap! With all that said and done, both my wife and I signed the agreement that evening to move forward with getting our Gibraltar Pool. Even a day after we had one more safety concern with our son with special needs, I called Peter direct and he was happy to address it and work with us so we could stay on track with our budget and getting the pool. My wife and I are very much looking forward over the next few weeks to getting our new pool, I hope to add a lot of positive updates to this review, more to come!

Hands down the best experience dealing with the owner Peter and the installation team. Mike and his team showed up early Friday morning on the 5th of August and did a very clean and professional installation in just 1 day, 24 hours later we were swimming in our new pool! If you have any doubts dealing with Gibraltar Pool in Topsfield, MA I can assure you they are a A+ company that focuses not only on the quality of the product but most importantly customer service throughout the process. I ll update my review next summer proving that Gibraltar Pool stands behind their product and any issues.
