Mr. Vince Gobeil came to our home to provide us with a comprehensive overview of what Trinity Funeral Home's services are, and a detailed breakdown of costs. He did so in a way that was understandable, and in a manner much the same as you'd expect a teacher or a counsellor to do.

He was respectful, clear and straight-forward about everything we discussed, which we greatly appreciated.

If we had any apprehension about what to expect from someone in the 'funeral' business, it was quickly dispelled by Mr. Gobeil's very human, down-to-earth, matter-of-fact manner. As far as I am concerned, all sales people should take a page out of his book.
