I came in and was terrified that my liver, kidneys, or other organs were in danger. I was in terrible pain and so scared. In the face of a terrible disease, I came into contact so many people who obviously cared. From the phlebotomist to the radiology tech to the nurses, intern and doctors, everyone treated me like I really mattered to them. I can't say enough to thank everyone that treated me.
