I would be weary of this company. I live at the water terrace apts in Florida and they have a really racist management team. Jamie Snodgrass in particular. They target minorities as a part of their white wash mentality and try to intimidate residents into paying unnecessary fees. I have security footage of racial bias and discrimination that was caught on camera by this management team which clearly shows them targeting black people. Absolutely hate living here and can t wait until my lease is up. I have also filed a racial discrimination complaint with the housing department to investigate the manager here and her practices. I ve been trying to reach someone at the corporate office for a few days now and there are no direct contacts. Management at water terrace has ceased responding to my emails because of backlash. I will not let this rest. Doesn t matter what it cost me, I will expose the racial discrimination by water terrace community. Lyon living should not be condoning this
