Pipe noise that doesn't seem to matter to the hote...

Pipe noise that doesn't seem to matter to the hotel. Room service that they forget how you like the room, they were told three times in 4 nights of stay. Poor service, you ask them for a specific newspaper and they bring you the same one always ignoring your request.
