We have been to Egypt before but this was the first time we experienced Hurghada and one of the Jaz Group Hotels at Jaz Makadi Saraya.
From the very beginning we got nothing but amazing service and from the very start when Our flight was delayed into Hurgarda and after arriving late at the hotel the staff greeted us in a very prefossional and friendly way and even had a late dinner buffet (at midnight ) prepared for the late guests.
Hotel staff to the Jaz Makadi reps on hand throughout the day were amazing and a special mention needs to be made to a few people.
Firstly our room attendant Gharib, he was the person that attended to our room each day and made sure it was nice and clean for us everyday. I have to say he was very friendly and so helpful and my three daughters always loved coming back to the room to see what he has created with the towels as he use to make a different animal each day.
Secondly I have to mention one of the Jaz Makadi reps by the name of Anya. She was always the first to come up to us while we were poolside and say hello and also took an interest in saying hello to my 3 daughters. She also took an interest in wanting to know what we had planned and how our holiday has been so far and always tried to get us involved in the
poolside games.
Lastly I need to mention the chef at the sunflower restaurant chef Mohammad.
On our first full day at the induction meeting we were greeted by the Hotels customer relations manager Lana who we explained the dietary requirements that my wife had.
Later that morning Lana arranged for my wife to meet with the chef and from then on she would see him everyday before we sat down for our lunch and dinner and he would make her a special meal each day we where there. A first for my wife ever!
Overall the staff and services at the hotel was amazing and we are already looking at booking again for next year fingers crossed.
