We were referred to 5 Star in September of 2018 by Pit Crew Roofing. During the contract signing an inspection was performed and recorded for the damage involved. At that time I informed 5 Star that I expected to put my house on the market by March 2019 and was assured by Freddy they would be done by my drop date. Horrible customer service. Freddy was taken off of my project and it was assigned to someone else without us being informed. In November of 2018. In January of 2019 we were contacted to reschedlue the INITIAL inspection by a Matt. The inspection was performed and I had to start calling 5 Star to chase their progress. February 2019 they supposedly submitted the adjustment to my insurance company and went radio silent again. Then after finally getting through to 5 Star they started with the "You cant contact us directly you have to go through your roofer for progress status." To which my roofer wasnt informed. This morning I found out my roofer fired 5-Star and is seeking legal action against 5 Star.
Here we are in June 2019 and I missed my target to sell my house and be into a new house by the time my children start school in August 2019.
