I normally do not write reviews but felt the need to on my experience at Hagerstown Ford. Vince did an incredible job balancing my needs of purchasing a vehicle. He was professional, courteous and did not hassle at all. It was a welcomed experience from what you would expect from most dealerships. I had a tight timeline and Vince was able to deliver with a 60 minute purchase on the vehicle I selected. Specifically ask for Vince next time you are visiting Hagerstown Ford.
