I was planning a 2 star review, just because generally when you go in to talk with them they're nice people.
But, from the day we moved in 'unprofessional' would be the only accurate description.
Moving from another state, the first time we saw the house in person was when we were moving in. Apparently no one had even gone to look at the house before hand... it was disgusting. The first thing we saw was a ceiling fan covered in 2 inches of dust and it only got worse from there.
She called their cleaning crew who did a shoddy job at best. We spent the next year and a half still cleaning...
The oven didn't work for over 2 months, the dishwasher didn't work for over 2 months, we replaced just about every single lightbulb in the house ourselves since none of them worked, the toilet in the guest bath leaked, the fridge ice/water dispenser didn't work.. I could go on.
Any maintenance issue we had to deal with was a battle, since they apparently had issues contacting the owner.

Attached is a screen shot of my conversation trying to get our security deposit back, we moved out June 20. Today is Friday, August 30, 72 full days since we moved out and we still haven't received it. We're at almost double what Mississippi law allows for the security deposit to be returned (45 days).

Also, just about every 5-star review, which I reported, as conflicts of interest, are from one of the employees.
