I am very surprised to read the negative reviews. My experience has been positive from the very beginning. From the time I called to find out information, to the incredible and thorough sales representative (Josh), and finally with the seamless and smooth installation. It is everything I could have hoped for.
We just added another camera and lock. Again, the service was great. When we had a lock lose connection with the system, the customer service rep was knowledgeable and thorough. When she couldn't fix it over the internet, she set up a service call for the next day.
