This is the first time ever I am giving someone negative review. I just want to let other fellow customers know that please don't use their services. During the pick up the driver lied that he came to my address 3 times but he didn't even come once. I had to go to Staples to ship the package. And instead of delivering the package at my place they are asking me to pick it up from a location that is pretty far away. What is the use of using their services, if we have to do the work? Please refrain from using their services.
