I needed a pair of cycling shoes and John provided an excellent service. The first pair he found for me fitted well and he even took the time to fit the cleats. He also provided additional advice on how the shoe should fit/feel on the pedal and recommended tweaks , as necessary. Excellent service all round and highly recommended!
