My husband and I came to PH on union certain on the car we want. As we pulled in the parking lot, Eddie Orellana greeted us on where to park and walked us through the entrance. Another salesman approached the passenger side of the car as i was getting out and startled me because he clearly knew Eddie was assisting us but his eagerness to land a sale ended up causing a minor unconfortable dispute between himself and Eddie. At that point we were still in the parking lot and hadn't gone in the building yet. anyway we walk in and had an appointment within Dillia (sp?). She greeted us briefly, then left us with Eddie and never came back to check on us. A bit strange as she called me the am of to confirm if we were coming in and reassured us she'd be the one to assist us with the sale. Nonetheless, as mentioned in the beginning, my husband and I had our mind set on the car we want and to finalize a purchase today. We conveyed our points to Eddie. He listened attentively and provided a stellar service- better than most other salesmen we've dealt with. He wasn't pushy - maybe because we did our research - I would recommend you make an appointment with him directly if you intend to make a purchase.
