Robin is the service advisor I usually meet. She is knowledgeable and addresses my concerns with detail. My vehicle has always been ready for pickup within the time frame agreed, always with good results. I've also noticed a sense of pride in working for this dealership among her, her fellow service advisors and George (the courtesy driver).
