Although I have a separate Issue with the account representative Kasie Weinandt who to put simply is unprofessional I have to say that the technician John Felli was absolutely terrific. John went above and beyond with not just the installation, but with anything needed. He even provided his personal cell phone number and ANSWERS the phone. What a terrific guy he is!!!! Many thanks to John for being so terrific!
