I've had really good experiences at this hospital ...

I've had really good experiences at this hospital but then in turn had some really bad experiences.
A woman phoned up hospitals around London claiming she was my mother and asking if I was there, which ward, bed etc and the hospital told her without asking me!
Needless to say this wasn't my mother as she knew exactly where I was and I was speaking to her on my mobile.
