We booked a balcony ocean view room but didn't get...

We booked a balcony ocean view room but didn't get it. Since we were on first floor walk out patio but paid for a balcony view. Not a great view since it was the first floor.
It's definitely a kid friendly hotel with kids running unsupervised. The smell of pot is between all buildings.
It's a very beautiful hotel but the young teenage guests have no respect of other guest. They ruin the atmosphere.
