Leaky windows and noisy air conditioning. Very little or no noise from surrounding rooms, which was nice. Bed was rather comfy, I usually get backpain from sleeping in hotel (read: too soft) beds, but not this time.

Helpful staff.

The lobbies are acoustic nightmares when there're plenty'o'folk. Was attending a conference with 800 guests and the cacophony during breaks (when ppl went for coffee in the lobbies) was unimaginable.
