Ashley was the most rude receptionist I've ever dealt with. I was returning a call from Dr. Jones regarding my cat's X-Ray from last night. She had asked I call back as described in my voicemail. Ashley sounded as though I was an inconvenience to her and condescendingly asked me who she was supposed to transfer me to because Dr. Jones had left at 8am. This is was beyond rude, especially considering I just spent $700 bringing my cat to this establishment. After reading several other reviews, it appears I'm not the only customer who feels this way. It's a shame, the people that took care of me last night were really nice. But one person treating you poorly can ruin an entire experience.
