My experiences here have been a heart throbbing situation. Sometimes good but mostly negative. I've been here numerous times for my parents. Refered here numerous times because its provo hospital and more well equiped. Emergency room is great. Patient care is ok at first but after that from my follow ups, care plan and transport plan after diacharge have been poorly handled. The nurses on 7th floor lack communication the entire time i was there even the discharge doctor was not helpful. Doesn't re-evaluate the situation always in a hurry and poor communication again. One of the nurses now a supervisor assisted my mother and they over sedated her to the point she will never wake up. That was one horrific moment i had when i was at the hospital. Comfort has been a discomfort. Pain control has been missed used. Aids walk around instead of helping around. And every time i would have a question about medication and new symptoms nobody has an response. I feel like this place wants to help but not as helpful. Thanks a lot.
