Why did I just drive a total hour and half to pick...

Why did I just drive a total hour and half to pick up tickets only to find out there are no tickets. They will have my name at the door??? Really...Could have mentioned that in the confirmation email you sent me. Wasted quarter tank of gas and my time. Thanks!
