Defective toy we wanted to exchange had to be checked for the first time whether it is really broken.
After checking (a few days later) we were told that the toy is really broken but unfortunately no longer exists. We could choose something else or get a coupon. Cash payment not possible.
On demand it was said that the toy could also be reordered. This would take about 2 weeks and they would call us. After 3 weeks I called. As it was said, it was ordered but unfortunately not yet come. Two weeks later that it would have to be in the warehouse, but as they had a lot to do it was not unpacked yet. 3 days later that unfortunately it was not there. Another 3 weeks later it was said that there were delivery delays. About 3 weeks later I finally had a competent saleswoman on the phone who informed me. 3 days later we were finally able to pick it up. My son was extremely sad that the Christ child needed to repair his toy. The whole thing took an incredible 3 months. Annoy me about myself that I did not insist on getting my money back.
