Unhelpful staff (perhaps the owner?) Very strict with the timings and suggestions such as ("you'll have to use your imagination'). Refused showing another dress as "times run out" despite having 15 minutes left. Made to feel very awkward. Prices then go up if you want it within about 6 months. If you want to be ripped off and feel humiliation this is the place to go. Went to a lovely shop in Lancaster and got exactly the same with great service.
