If I was able to rate this company a big fat zero... I would! Unfortunately, you are required to select a 1-5.

I will not bore you with the numerous issues I have had with the property I live at: Avia Riverside Apartments in Roswell, GA... You can check their low reviews by googling them. I am here to speak solely of the poor service of the also low rated, but well deserved HABOR GROUP MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Their customer service is non existent. There is no follow up from the regional or VP Regional Management when it comes to resident issues. To top the cake the corporate office has no customer care department to deal with concerns with their employees for their lack of follow up or concerns.

If you are ever thinking of moving to an apartment ran by this company... Think again and head for the hills. There are plenty companies that are out there with high regard to its customers and residents.

All in all this company sucks. Looks like lawyering up is the only result.
