From the moment we dropped our bags early to shop until we checked out the following morning, we were treated like royalty. The staff superb, everything was sparkling clean, beds and pillows like sleeping on clouds, buffet breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. When I mentoned upon booking that my daughter was pregnant we were welcomed into our room by the most divine chocolate plate congratulating her.
