I've rented at many places in NYC, but Hello World...

I've rented at many places in NYC, but Hello World provides a entirely different experience than the others...that being CUSTOMER SERVICE (without the snotty, know-it-all attitude you may find at other placed) They are really good at it.

Today I was introduced to Eugene, a great staff member, who provided me with a great 20 minute tutorial on how to use the products I was renting. He also recommended some other gear...I'm all set for my next shoot.

From now on, Hello World will be my FIRST choice for renting video production gear.
