I had gone to the dealership where I bought my Jet...

I had gone to the dealership where I bought my Jetta with a jerking, and strange noise. I was told twice there was nothing wrong with my car and it was safe. I had my son test drive my car and he felt the jerking immediately. He was able to contact his friend who works for Avondale Volkswagen (Nick Truckey). He got it set up that my son would bring my car in and I would not have to pay for the inspection fee. He got it set up that a mechanic would test drive the car with my son. Immediately it was felt. Then they advised my son to not have drive our car much but to bring it in and have it worked on. When we brought it in we were told it was a valve and was being covered with my warranty. Then they went as far as checking the transmission oil (which was black) and determined it was best to have the whole transmission replaced. Which they got me into a rental car while was being replaced. They test drove the car after all the repairs and made sure it was taken care of. They definitely are one of the best Volkswagen service departments around. I would highly recommend Nick Truckey and Avondale Volkswagen to anyone who has a Volkswagen. They certainly take pride in the vehicles and will go above and beyond to help out their customers!!!
