Always seem to be waiting forever here. Each time we go in they are over the quoted time by a good bit. Last time just my wife went it was an attempt to sell her everything under the sun during her oil change. Would think these kinds of practices were no longer in play. We go out of our way to see the Honda across the river now. To their credit, they did adequately change the oil and service the vehicle each time we have come here, it just takes forever and you have to deal with constant pressure on upselling services.
